Sardine is looking for an Integration Engineer to lead client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products. In this hands-on role, you'll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure smooth deployment, working closely with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents.
Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions.
Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems and technical requirements to provide solutions.
Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst).
Strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise.
Experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.
2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).

Base pay range of $110,000 - $150,000 USD / 140,000 - 185,000 CAD + equity: Series-C Equity with tremendous upside potential.
