Responsibilities
- Find opportunities to build into the Golf Marketing strategy and roadmap that will help the team achieve Golf business unit objectives
- Develop marketing briefs and conduct creative team briefings for all integrated marketing initiatives
- Own metrics monitoring, reporting and post mortem reviews of programs in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Keep regional stakeholders informed about quarterly and yearly marketing plans and represent the region/industry’s progress against metrics and roadmap in stakeholder reviews (e.g. QBRs, monthly GTM reviews, etc), sharing learnings from your campaigns with the wider team
- Lead the execution of media buys with key golf industry partners from briefing the creation of assets to coordinating asset launch and reporting on results
- Create and coordinate Lightspeed Golf’s presence at industry tradeshows and events to support Outbound sales efforts and ensure we stand out against the competition
- Ideate and execute the delivery of customer marketing initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Support and Product
- Ideate and execute partner marketing initiatives with industry counterparts to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns
- Ensure effective project management practices are followed across the Golf Marketing roadmap using JIRA (project management tool). You may be building and maintaining task tickets with clear task descriptions / briefs, timelines and any additional info for the content & design team to complete work
- Proactively identify problems that may arise within projects and propose solutions
- Support on market research initiatives that inform product positioning such as competitive analysis and monitoring
- Support on the creation and execution of product launch programs and customer marketing initiatives
- Support on the delivery of communications and PR initiatives in collaboration with the Brand team
Requirements
- 4+ years of Marketing Management or a Project Management/Creative Operations role within Marketing
- Bias to action - you take initiative, prioritize tasks, proactively flag issues and collaborate on solutions
- Ability to understand and own the delivery of all marketing project deliverables with a keen understanding of marketing asset production
- Flexible in responding to changes in business priorities; proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple, competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English
- Proven ability to interface with all levels of management with confidence
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines
- Thrives working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Interest in or passion for Golf / Sports is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA/Monday.com/Looker/Hubspot/Google Analytics is a plus
- Degree in marketing or business (optional), or proven industry experience
