Acturis Canada is hiring an Insurer Account Manager (Remote-ON)

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing key insurer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing relationships with insurer clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact for account-related inquiries
  • Coordinate resolution of client issues and escalations
  • Monitor service level agreements and performance metrics
  • Facilitate onboarding of new insurer partners
  • Track and report on account health and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support implementation of system updates for clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client needs
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and records
  • Conduct regular account review meetings
  • Escalate product or platform issues to development teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
  • Assist in training clients on platform usage
  • Monitor insurer performance data and reporting
  • Coordinate with onboarding specialists during integration
  • Track client usage patterns and adoption rates
  • Support renewal and contract extension processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities
  • Work with insurers to optimize workflow integration
  • Gather and summarize client requirements
  • Report on key account metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely communication during system outages
  • Promote best practices in platform utilization
