About the Role We are seeking a highly creative Instructional Designer to help design and build modern, engaging ethics and compliance learning products. This role is ideal for someone who goes well beyond basic eLearning development and thinks deeply about adult learning, scenario-based design, and real-world decision-making. Our Compliance Education programs are practitioner-built and grounded in how employees actually experience ethical dilemmas at work. This position will focus primarily on customer customization projects, while also supporting the development and launch of new learning products. What You’ll Do - Design high-quality digital learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Rise. - Build scenario-based, decision-driven learning grounded in real workplace ambiguity. - Apply adult learning best practices focused on judgment and behavior change. - Thoughtfully incorporate gamification techniques such as decision challenges, scoring, simulations, and feedback loops. - Design highly customizable training adaptable to different organizations and risk profiles. - Collaborate actively as a vocal, engaged team member. - Explore responsible uses of AI-enabled tools to support storyboarding, prototyping, iteration, and accessibility.
