Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a rapidly expanding team of full-cycle sales representatives focused on signing new food partners in the United States
- Assist business development and account executives in refining their sales techniques and approaches
- Model strong leadership behaviors and practice active listening with team members
- Conduct difficult discussions around performance and conduct when needed
- Produce ambitious and precise sales forecasts
- Use performance metrics and analytics to guide decisions and increase sales effectiveness

- Follow a hybrid schedule, dividing time between office and remote work with three office days per week
- Workday runs from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
