Responsibilities
- Proactively find and generate new business by building and maintaining relationships with commercial equipment dealers and business owners.
- Engage in outbound prospecting, demonstrating expertise and enthusiasm through a high volume of daily calls.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and manage leads to ensure a steady flow of transactions.
- Respond to marketing applications and leads with urgency and consistency.
- Structure and sell equipment financing transactions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams such as Credit, Funding, and Operations to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, contributing a competitive and positive attitude to the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience originating equipment finance transactions in a broker business model, or comparable experience at an equipment dealer or specialty lender.
- A proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding quotas.
- Strong ability to develop and sustain business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- A high sense of urgency and a self-motivated, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation
