Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with field sales teams to support account strategies
- Provide product information and address customer questions
- Follow up on sales opportunities generated through marketing campaigns
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients
- Track and report on sales pipeline metrics regularly
- Coordinate with technical support for customer issue resolution
- Update CRM systems with customer data and sales progress
- Support contract and order processing workflows
- Communicate customer feedback to internal departments
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in sales meetings and planning sessions
- Assist in managing customer renewals and extensions
- Monitor inventory and product availability for customer commitments
- Work closely with marketing to refine lead-generation tactics
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Attend training on product updates and market trends
- Support regional sales goals through proactive outreach
