Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to hospitals and healthcare organizations in Arabic-speaking countries.
- Identify and connect with hospital administrators and hospital decision-makers.
- Introduce the company’s physician and clinical staffing service offerings.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in the CRM system.
- Meet defined call, outreach, and meeting-setting targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and business-level in English (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Interest in sales, business development, or healthcare services
- Ability to confidently conduct cold outreach and lead qualification
- Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Prior sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach experience
- Background or coursework in business, healthcare administration, or international business
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or hospital operations
