About the Role
This role provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient handling of customer reservations and inquiries while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Process new and existing reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the database
- Assist sales team with documentation and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate with fulfillment departments to confirm booking details
- Provide support during peak booking periods
- Verify pricing and availability for travel packages
- Generate sales reports as needed
- Track and log customer communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving customer account issues
- Communicate booking changes to relevant departments
- Support the onboarding process for new clients
- Follow up on pending sales leads
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Assist with preparation of sales contracts
- Monitor reservation deadlines and payment schedules
- Update internal systems with booking modifications
- Collaborate with marketing on customer outreach initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
