About the Role
This position is responsible for managing client accounts, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities through regular communication and needs assessment, all while delivering a high level of service in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for account expansion or service upgrades
- Renew contracts and extend agreements before expiration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
- Use CRM tools to track performance and pipeline activity
- Communicate product benefits and value propositions clearly
- Stay current on company offerings and market trends
- Support onboarding for new clients when needed
- Escalate technical or complex issues appropriately
- Follow up on overdue accounts or service disruptions
- Provide feedback from clients to internal departments
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to compliance and data security protocols
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Work within established sales processes and guidelines
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission structure
Work Arrangement
Remote position limited to residents of Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas

This remote position is available exclusively to candidates residing in Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas. Applicants from other states will not be considered.
Bilingual Requirement
Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Candidates must be able to conduct business professionally in both languages.
