About the Role
This role focuses on connecting with parents and guardians who express interest in educational services, ensuring they receive timely, accurate information and feel welcomed throughout their initial journey.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming questions from families via email, phone, and online forms
- Provide clear, accurate details about program offerings, curriculum, and enrollment steps
- Schedule campus tours and virtual meetings for interested parents
- Maintain up-to-date records of all family interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and answer concerns
- Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure smooth handoff of qualified inquiries
- Communicate program values and educational philosophy in a relatable way
- Identify and address common questions or concerns from prospective families
- Track inquiry sources and conversion metrics for internal reporting
- Adhere to communication guidelines and brand voice in all outreach
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Participate in regular training to stay informed about program updates
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in handling family information
- Support seasonal enrollment campaigns with targeted follow-up
- Use calendar tools to coordinate appointments across time zones
- Handle high volumes of inquiries during peak enrollment periods
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all family interactions
- Contribute to improving inquiry response templates and workflows
- Monitor inbox and response queues throughout the workday
- Attend team check-ins and performance review sessions
- Stay aligned with enrollment goals and team KPIs
- Represent the program positively in all communications
- Manage multiple conversations without compromising quality
- Adapt tone and approach based on family needs and backgrounds
- Complete onboarding and compliance training modules
