Responsibilities
- Deliver injury prevention and return-to-work programs to help injured individuals resume duties with their original employer, maintaining high service and support standards.
- Provide support services using phone-based and mobile outreach methods.
- Travel as needed to assist injured workers in staying connected to their workplace through timely intervention.
- Assist national employers with managing injury-related processes across various states and legal jurisdictions.
- Perform follow-up actions after initial assessment, such as scheduling medical visits, coordinating with stakeholders, sending email updates, and drafting return-to-work plans.
- Handle administrative tasks related to claims, including completing claim forms, submitting medical certificates, and calculating PIAWE amounts.
- Conduct periodic on-site visits or case review meetings with injured workers and employers to evaluate job demands and identify suitable alternative duties for return-to-work planning.
- Collaborate with fellow consultants who may lead worksite visits or case discussions as needed.
