Responsibilities
- Conducting on-site, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home-based evaluations
- Recognizing obstacles that hinder Return to Work (RTW) progress
- Collaborating with clients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and employers to reach mutually suitable outcomes
- Creating, executing, and overseeing initiatives that support injured workers in rejoining the workforce
