Responsibilities
- Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments
- Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies
- Provide and maintain hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners
- Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
- Complete service reports to document services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times
- Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards
Requirements
- Full-time, permanent work rights in NZ
- Full, clean driver’s licence and a clean criminal record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit with a strong focus on health and safety
- Self-motivated with great time management
- High attention to detail and pride in high standards
- Confident using mobile apps and technology
- Flexible to travel and stay away overnight if needed

- Cleaning or hygiene experience is a bonus

Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Auckland, Auckland Region
