ElevenLabs is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy security tools and safeguards that are embedded directly within infrastructure and product systems
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to evaluate application designs, create threat models, and implement secure-by-design practices across all stages of software development
• Detect, assess, and resolve security flaws by working closely with engineering teams, contributing to fixes across the full technology stack
• Deliver new security capabilities that enhance the real-world security of production systems
• Create and enforce supply chain security measures across build and deployment processes, including artifact signing, provenance tracking, dynamic admission policies, and software bill of materials (SBOM) creation

Requirements

• Solid engineering foundation with hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade systems
• Demonstrated experience in building and expanding security programs at scale
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Typescript, or Golang, with the ability to write, read, and maintain production-level code
• Practical experience working in cloud-native environments like AWS or GCP, with expertise in Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• In-depth knowledge of core cloud security concepts including identity and access management (IAM), networking, public key infrastructure (PKI), and Linux internals
• Proven experience securing CI/CD pipelines to defend against supply chain attacks

Nice to Have

• Experience securing AI or machine learning systems, particularly in training workflows
• Background in developer experience or platform engineering, especially in building internal developer tools
• Contributions to open source security initiatives, published research, or presentations at security conferences
• Experience operating in regulated environments such as SOC 2, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, or equivalent
