The Maples Group is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will proactively monitor our internal systems and manage incidents to ensure operational continuity. The position requires a 4 on 4 off shift pattern comprising two 12-hour day shifts and two 12-hour night shifts, including Bank Holidays, as our team provides 24x7, 365 days a year coverage.
What You'll Do
- Proactively monitor internal systems using company monitoring tools.
- Raise and manage incidents via the ITSM system and handle other BAU tasks.
- Process all system monitoring alerts in a timely manner.
- Manage incidents and changes appropriately.
- Provide a professional service at all times.
- Resolve all customer problems to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensure all Incident OLAs and SLAs are met.
- Collaborate with other departments within the business.
- Participate in major incident management.
- Act as a resource to the broader infrastructure team.
- Maintain and update the team’s knowledge base.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Infrastructure Operations Manager and provide support to the Infrastructure Operations team. We foster a collaborative and conscientious environment where team members are committed to professional excellence and supporting one another.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in our Leeds office.
