Responsibilities
- Update architectural diagrams, cost estimates, supply lists, and interface details at project initiation.
- Develop or revise network integration inputs for design specifications, acceptance testing, and related technical documentation.
- Evaluate design definitions, solution requirements, and test plans to ensure alignment with project goals, and support integration and validation activities.
- Configure ATM equipment and coordinate with deployment teams for system assembly, engaging engineering and service units as needed.
- Install, set up, verify, and transfer hardware to software integration teams at factory and client locations.
- Assist with configuration updates on system platforms at production and customer sites.
- Participate in customer-led design review meetings.
- Deliver technical training sessions to clients.
- Detect architectural-level risks and suggest alternative, proven solutions when applicable.
- Offer expert input on system design related to networking and infrastructure.
- Support the evolution and refinement of engineering methodologies and workflows.
- Support bidding activities by developing and reviewing system architecture layouts and equipment lists.
- Maintain and share technical knowledge through documentation, case studies, and lessons learned in server and storage domains.
- Advance business efficiency through initiatives like automation and standardization to enhance solution quality, cost, and delivery speed.
- Encourage Lean and Agile principles in infrastructure projects, especially in deployment automation and iterative improvements.
- Contribute to integrating emerging technologies such as AI-based monitoring, predictive analytics, hybrid cloud, hyperconverged systems, and automation tools.
- Assist in shaping infrastructure cost models by analyzing total cost of ownership for servers, storage, and platforms.
- Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to build integrated, high-value technical solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, technical entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement.
