Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform for reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Create and maintain internal platform tools, including reusable infrastructure modules and standardized implementation guides.
- Assist in setting up and managing observability systems with dashboards, alerts, and service-level objectives.
- Respond to infrastructure support requests from engineering teams with clear communication and follow-up.
- Troubleshoot technical problems across multiple layers, including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform state management, AWS services, and runtime environments.
- Develop automation scripts and small utilities, mainly in Go, to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Engage in technical design discussions, collaborate with senior engineers, and understand decision-making processes.
- Help refine team workflows, documentation practices, and operational standards to increase effectiveness.
