About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals. The manager will identify and collaborate with relevant creators, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and measure performance to optimize future initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that support business objectives
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators aligned with brand values and target audiences
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop authentic campaign concepts
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and content approvals
- Track and report on key performance metrics including engagement and conversion
- Maintain relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships
- Stay current with trends across social media platforms and influencer landscapes
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure disclosure adherence
- Work with finance on budget tracking and spend reporting
- Support the development of influencer marketing playbooks and processes
- Leverage influencer networks to amplify product launches and promotions
- Use influencer content across paid and owned channels
- Evaluate new platforms and technologies for influencer engagement
