Accredited Labs is hiring an IndySoft Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine system administration tasks in IndySoft, including user account management, role assignments, permission settings, and standard configuration updates across multiple locations.
  • Design and manage system components such as templates, lookup lists, event rules, and workflow configurations; establish and maintain equipment profiles, operational procedures, and report formats using PrintBuilder and LayoutBuilder.
  • Support data migration activities during onboarding of new sites by preparing, transforming, and loading data to align with standardized system settings.
  • Execute data queries and generate reports to detect and resolve issues like duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies; assist in data validation and cleanup during system transitions and lab integrations.
  • Maintain and monitor integrations between IndySoft and external platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce using APIs; diagnose synchronization failures and correct data discrepancies to ensure cross-system consistency.
  • Serve as primary support contact for user inquiries and technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary; create and update documentation, instructional guides, and training resources to promote effective system use.
  • Analyze current system usage and configurations to identify inefficiencies; propose process improvements, customizations, or automation opportunities to increase accuracy and operational efficiency.
