EWOR GmbH is seeking an Industry 4.0 Co-Founder / CFO to build and lead your own startup. This role is a unique opportunity to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with a structured support system, including funding or a salary and extensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Industry 4.0.
- Undergo a comprehensive personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management, crafted by unicorn founders.
- Receive support for hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
- Get coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise significant funding.
- Iterate your product to achieve product-market-fit and build up a sales force or marketing machine.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
