Responsibilities
- Oversee deliverables as defined in contracts, work orders, or statements of work
- Manage associate workforce in accordance with client-specific guidelines and expectations
- Enhance associate performance through ongoing feedback, KPI monitoring, and corrective measures when necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact between client supervisors, associates, local office staff, services teams, and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with delivery leadership and support teams to review and complete client and internal reports
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders
- Promote a professional and respectful work environment aligned with client and company values; consult Employee Relations for guidance as needed
- Ensure safety compliance across all operations by coordinating with health and safety teams, performing site inspections, and following incident reporting procedures
- Conduct Oraltox testing and random drug screenings as required
- Maintain accurate records using company digital platforms such as Connected, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Coordinate with the local office and delivery leads to fulfill open position requests
- Complete onboarding tasks for new associates per company and client standards, including orientation to client-specific materials
- Perform additional on-site duties in absence of a Client Engagement Specialist, such as daily site setup, PPE audits, time tracking in UKG, monitoring clock-ins, and managing sign-in logs

- Adaptable to changing work hours based on client or project demands
- Willingness to travel to project locations or client sites as required
- Capable of standing for one to two hours per day during site activities
- Able to lift items up to 50 pounds when necessary
