Matrix Design Group, LLC is hiring an Industrial Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site or remote technical assistance by diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
  • Install, start up, and commission a range of industrial systems and products.
  • Supervise and assist third-party contractors during customer site installations.
  • Evaluate system performance, resolve malfunctions, and instruct customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate service appointments with clients across multiple locations.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for installation activities and technical support cases.
