Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site or remote technical assistance by diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
- Install, start up, and commission a range of industrial systems and products.
- Supervise and assist third-party contractors during customer site installations.
- Evaluate system performance, resolve malfunctions, and instruct customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
- Manage and coordinate service appointments with clients across multiple locations.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for installation activities and technical support cases.
