Responsibilities
- Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene
- Maintaining inventory, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries
- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations
- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues
- Providing input on menu composition, changes, and methods
Requirements
- Take independent initiative and act solution-oriented
- Work with conviction and dare to take responsibility
- MBO-3 Diploma
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
