Responsibilities

  • Generate personal loan business through the DSA channel
  • Recruit and train DSAs on product knowledge and lead generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the area sales manager
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales coordinators, credit, and operations for loan sanctioning and disbursement
