About the Role
We're looking for a driven and receptive Sales Development Representative to assist our expanding healthcare-oriented sales team. This position suits someone beginning their sales journey who can manage incoming leads, assess prospect fit, and book meetings. Experience with healthcare services, medical products, or health technology is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients
- Evaluate leads according to established guidelines and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Set up meetings and product demonstrations for sales account executives
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with inbound prospects to maintain timely and effective communication
- Understand and clearly communicate the organization's healthcare-specific value proposition
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates
