Requirements

  • Skill in addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections
  • Ability to promote additional services during customer interactions
  • Proficient in speaking and writing clear, professional English

  • Prior exposure to home repair and maintenance services such as plumbing, heating, or electrical
  • Knowledge of field service software platforms, including ServiceTitan
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-call-volume environments
  • Background in selling recurring service plans or membership programs
