Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out in vivo studies in rodents to evaluate ADME characteristics, pharmacokinetic profiles, and biomarker changes.
- Perform rodent handling, administer compounds using various routes including intravenous, subcutaneous, and oral, and conduct necropsies and biological sample collection.
- Collaborate with team members to create and refine new experimental models for assessing drug metabolism and the mechanisms of action of novel compounds.
- Independently organize study protocols and maintain accurate records of experimental data and outcomes.
