Responsibilities
- Oversee all internal video production, including podcasts, interviews, user-generated style content, outdoor recordings, and product-focused shoots
- Convert creative briefs into detailed shot lists, visual references, and stylistic guidance
- Direct clients and on-camera talent to produce authentic, high-performing video content
- Ensure a unified visual identity across all produced materials
- Manage daily studio operations, including setup, lighting, equipment maintenance, and preparedness
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient production workflows
- Keep the studio space orderly, functional, and ready for immediate use
- Provide editors with clear creative direction and reference materials
- Review and refine video edits with attention to hooks, pacing, narrative flow, and calls to action
- Optimize all content for performance across social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Establish and maintain organized digital file systems, naming standards, and backup protocols
- Manage archives of recorded footage for quick retrieval and reuse
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure all outputs are completed accurately and on time
- Lead studio sessions with professionalism and confidence
- Coach clients on script delivery, performance, and on-camera presence
- Deliver a polished, high-quality experience during studio engagements
- Apply understanding of content performance metrics, including viewer retention and engagement
- Work closely with marketing teams to enhance creative effectiveness
- Initiate suggestions for new content formats, emerging trends, and innovative ideas
