Responsibilities
- Create dozens of short-form video ads a day
- Be able to learn the ins and outs of repeatable creative formats (e.g., fake podcast, different types of skits, street interviews, etc)
- Collaborate with the creative strategy team to interpret results and ship iterations (new hooks, angles, openings, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails)
- Maintain a content pipeline: content calendar, shot lists, asset management, and versioning
- Stay current on platform trends, creator formats, audio, editing styles, and best practices—then translate them into winning assets
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, product claims, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- MUST have hands-on experience with being on camera (ideally ads made for paid social)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
- Ability to manage creative production workflows
