This is a part-time, in-home field role with AG1 Asurion Insurance Services. You will travel daily to customer residences to deliver exceptional service, resolve tech issues, and offer tailored tech protection solutions using Asurion’s proven Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. The role includes paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for uncapped earnings in select markets.
What You'll Do
- Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are for pre-scheduled interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first
- Utilize expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues
- Provide understandable solutions regardless of the customer's tech knowledge
- Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs
- Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions to customers
- Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make appropriate sales
- Consistently apply the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model in the field
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)
- Work a varied 5-day week schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A personal cellphone to keep in the know while on the job
- Must be comfortable working around household pets
- Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
Benefits & Compensation
- $26.70 hourly base rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly
- Earned pay can now be accessed early
- Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi-weekly
- Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly
- $35 phone stipend paid monthly

Work Mode
Local city-based role with part-time availability required. Standard schedule runs from 4:05 PM–9:00 PM over 5 days, or a flexible 4+ day schedule with 25 hours weekly availability between 12:05 PM and 9:00 PM. Must be available until 9:00 PM on scheduled days. Schedule may vary based on business needs and market demand.
