Travel to members’ homes and community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care.
Build trusted, compassionate relationships with children and families, ensuring coordinated, culturally responsive care.
Collaborate within an integrated care team including physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, navigators, social workers, and therapists.
Conduct and document in-home assessments; perform procedures such as ear irrigation, point-of-care testing, IV placement and lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.
Provide patient and family education, follow-up care, and care coordination using the Imagine Pediatrics platform.
Flex into the virtual acute care RN role to conduct virtual assessments and manage urgent pediatric needs using established protocols.
Document care in the EMR (Athena) and communicate with families through Imagine Pediatrics’ proprietary application.
Utilize virtual platforms and digital tools confidently to support care delivery.

Active TN RN license required
PALS & BLS required
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in the home environment
Comfort with EMRs, virtual platforms, and mobile documentation tools

Compact license preferred
EMS (EMT/P) experience and 2+ years of pediatric home care experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, ideally including high-acuity settings (ED, urgent care, transport, or similar)
1–2 years in pediatric emergency medicine experience

Hybrid

Base hourly range of $44/hr - $48/hr
