Responsibilities
- Assist project teams with integrating and validating voice service software components.
- Contribute to development, testing, release planning, and deployment of product updates.
- Design and enhance automated solutions for services, operational processes, or workflows.
- Perform system performance evaluations and implement optimization measures.
- Investigate and resolve software defects and system errors.
- Enable automated deployment processes across all environments.
- Set up dedicated infrastructure and tooling for project integration and delivery needs.
- Manage and maintain project-specific integration and delivery tool environments.
