Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive when building from scratch, not when following a manual
- 3–5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting
- Ambitious and ownership-driven: you want to shape a function, not just fill a role
- Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies: ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure
- Strong project management instincts: timelines, stakeholders, dependencies
- Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level
- Technical curiosity: you don't need to code, but APIs, data models, and JSON shouldn't intimidate you
- Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly
- Fluent German and strong English
