RetailNext is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will manage the technical implementation process for our analytics products, ensuring accurate and efficient deployments for our customers. You will also facilitate training for colleagues and partners.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for integrator escalations during assigned deployments.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and effective deployments.
- Maintain the quality of work.
- Monitor and document vendor performance as per vendor management expectations.
- Work as operationally required.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to complete all types of RetailNext installations independently and within company standards.
- Strong experience implementing network systems, both software and hardware.
- Ability to navigate RetailNext tools and software systems for general administrative tasks.
- Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking and UNIX commands.
- Ability to make informed, sound decisions during live installations and under pressure.
- Ability to lead meetings and work independently without supervision.
- Moderate understanding of all deployment-related processes.
- Ability to read site surveys, photographs, and floor plans to accurately scope hardware placement for optimal coverage.

You will report directly to the Implementation Engineering Team Leader as part of our collaborative, customer-focused team.
