Responsibilities
- Serve as a product specialist, conducting interactive virtual onboarding sessions for new and existing Dutch customers.
- Provide tailored training on specific product features to meet customers' workflows and operational requirements.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions, adjusting your method to accommodate various skill levels and learning preferences.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to support their achievements, contentment, and expansion.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels throughout the post-sales process, including onboarding, follow-ups, and transitions to support teams.
- Develop and oversee documentation related to onboarding procedures and product training.
- Stay updated with the company’s core products and add-ons.
- Engage in team meetings to collaborate, share best practices, and exchange product insights.
- Collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure seamless and timely customer launches.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in B2B or B2C settings
- Background in the restaurant or hospitality sector
- Experience in delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions
- Ability to quickly grasp, understand, and explain technical concepts
- Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a technical role (software, IT, or technical support)
- Familiarity with Apple tools, web technologies, or networking
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems
