Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data collection tools and reporting frameworks
- Generate regular impact reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze program performance using quantitative and qualitative data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather and interpret field data
- Support the development of key performance indicators and metrics
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights
- Manage databases and analytics platforms for impact tracking
- Identify trends and patterns in program outcomes
- Contribute to evaluations and learning initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to align data practices
- Improve data workflows and reporting efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards for leadership and partners
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Assist in the integration of new data sources
- Provide training and guidance on data use to non-technical staff
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions
- Support grant reporting requirements with accurate data
- Develop visualizations to communicate impact effectively
- Coordinate with external evaluators and research partners
