Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English at an advanced level
• Between one and five years of professional experience in immigration consulting or related field
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously without compromising quality
• Strong independent problem-solving skills with analytical reasoning aligned with company values and goals
• Effective and respectful communication with colleagues and clients
• Adaptable and self-directed in work approach
• Proficient in using computers and software for client documentation, with willingness to learn new systems
• Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to ongoing personal development
• Must hold a current and valid ICCRC or IRCC license

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of French language is an asset
• Willingness to appear in video content for client outreach and brand representation

Other

• Be willing to participate in social media videos promoting Immiland Canada's team of consultants.
• Proactively participate in paralegal training.
