Requirements
- Assist with press operations during make-ready, run and clean-up
- Take direction from press operator and/or team leader
- Assist with catching and packing of product when necessary
- Understand and follow order specifications and tolerances by reading docket and specification sheets
- Perform makeready, run and adjust, clean-up and maintenance of imaging systems
- Learn and keep updated on all imaging systems
- Continuously inspect product and troubleshoot imaging and press equipment
- Operate CRT to set up imaging programs making changes as necessary according to procedures
- Perform imaging and press paperwork and follow necessary consumable maintenance and productivity procedures
- Ensure PM's are done on proprietary imaging equipment on a daily basis
- Keep press and surrounding work area clean and neat at all times
- Work with other team members and departments to reduce make-ready and increase operating efficiencies
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations and utilize guards on machines when in operation
- Follow safety, production, recycling and other set procedures
- All other duties as assigned
- Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members
