Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of identity and access management, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and timely resolution of access or authentication issues within agreed service levels.
- Conduct regular access review cycles and certification initiatives to uphold least privilege and segregation of duties, supporting audit readiness with accurate records.
- Operate and support enterprise identity platforms such as Okta and Azure Active Directory, along with privileged access management solutions, to ensure secure handling of standard and elevated accounts.
- Help integrate new applications and infrastructure into current identity and access management ecosystems, adhering to corporate security policies and configuration baselines.
- Monitor and report on key performance and risk indicators, maintain detailed standard operating procedures, and pursue automation to minimize manual effort and improve service quality.
