Responsibilities
- Stay informed about current ICHRA and ACA individual plan regulations, including any regulatory changes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ICHRA marketplace and the organization’s ICHRA offerings, including enrollment, administration, state-specific availability, employer contributions, and affordability assessments.
- Partner with the ICHRA Commercial Owner to assess market demands, suggest product improvements, and contribute to system and product updates.
- Work with internal teams to evaluate and refine ICHRA-related products and processes.
- Assist sales managers, brokers, consultants, and their clients during the sales cycle.
- Engage within designated regions to grow the broker network beyond standard outreach efforts.
- Focus on specific geographic areas or broker firms to directly promote ICHRA solutions, as aligned with the commercial leadership and primary sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure accurate representation of ICHRA capabilities in materials and effective handling of prospect inquiries.
- Improve training and educational content for sales staff, broker partners, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Support business development in presenting ICHRA offerings to agencies.
- Develop practical, customer-focused solutions that align with organizational capabilities and resources.
- Serve as an ICHRA subject matter expert for account management and implementation teams.
- Participate in the development of ICHRA-related systems and complete other assigned tasks.
- Identify, assess, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to create new sales opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to understand broker and client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM tools with accurate data and timely follow-up actions.
- Deliver product presentations via phone, email, and virtual meetings to advance prospects toward closing.
- Work with marketing and sales leadership to meet or surpass individual and team revenue targets.

Compensation
The base salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 per year, with an additional commission plan. Compensation considers education, skills, experience, and certifications.
