Responsibilities
- Deliver regular Chinese language instruction for middle school students, designing and implementing teaching plans based on the IB MYP framework and national curriculum to enhance students' core Chinese literacy.
- Teach specialized classical Chinese culture courses, developing and implementing school-based curriculum such as classic recitation and traditional culture appreciation to promote Chinese heritage.
- Organize Chinese language and culture-related campus events, including classic recitation contests, poetry creation sessions, and traditional culture festivals, to foster a rich humanities learning environment.
- Participate in subject-based teaching research, collaborating with local and international teachers to develop teaching resources and assessment tools, and continuously improve teaching methods and course content.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about academic progress, provide personalized learning advice, and work with homeroom teachers to support home-school cooperation.
