About the Role
The role involves supporting the deployment and management of CyberArk solutions to enforce privileged account security, performing system administration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with IT and security teams to strengthen access controls.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure CyberArk solutions across enterprise environments
- Manage privileged access workflows and session monitoring
- Perform routine system maintenance and version upgrades
- Troubleshoot access issues and support incident resolution
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce access policies
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Support integration of CyberArk with directory services
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting
- Monitor privileged account usage and anomalies
- Implement role-based access controls
- Participate in identity lifecycle management initiatives
- Support disaster recovery and backup operations
- Conduct access reviews and recertification campaigns
- Work with application teams on credential management
- Administer PIM and PSM components
- Configure and maintain password rotation policies
- Assist in secure access for cloud environments
- Provide technical guidance during IAM projects
- Evaluate new features and enhancements
- Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards
Nice to Have
- CyberArk Certified Privileged Access Administrator
- ITIL or CISSP certification
- Experience with BeyondTrust or similar tools
- Knowledge of containerized environments
- Prior work in financial or healthcare sectors
