BOULANGER is seeking an AI Engineer to design, industrialize, and deploy robust, high-performance, and scalable Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will act as a bridge between business requirements, Data teams, software engineering, and industrialization challenges, ensuring our AI initiatives are production-ready.

What You'll Do

Design and develop advanced generative AI systems (RAG, autonomous or multi-agent systems, reasoning, and tool-calling).
Build high-performance knowledge bases and optimize ingestion, chunking, and embedding pipelines.
Conduct advanced prompt engineering and structure interactions between models and applications.
Transform POCs into robust, secure, and maintainable production solutions.
Ensure the scalability and industrialization of AI solutions to support high user loads.
Guarantee smooth model deployment into target Cloud/DevOps environments.
Monitor and optimize inference costs (tokens) and latency performance.
Implement supervision tools (quality, drift, RAGAS) and handle corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
Produce robust, tested code compliant with software engineering standards.
Ensure AI security, compliance, and governance in collaboration with dedicated teams.
Document all AI components and contribute to establishing AI engineering best practices.
Integrate solutions into the Data & AI ecosystem by collaborating with technical teams.
Maintain active technology monitoring and propose innovative ideas for concrete use cases.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in computer science and/or artificial intelligence.
Significant experience developing AI solutions.
Expert mastery of Python.
Excellent understanding of generative AI and LLMs.
Strong software culture: architecture, testing, CI/CD, engineering best practices.
Understanding of Cloud & DevOps environments.
Agile, rigorous, curious, and pedagogical mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and simplify complex technical topics.
