Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be familiar with all aspects of the Microsoft Windows and Client/Server environments
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and help resolve all types of client hardware and software related problems
- Have a working knowledge using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of remote control tools
- Knowledge of a Service Desk management tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Systems is desirable
- Two years experience preferred with increasing responsibility in IT Customer Support using a Service Desk management tool
