Responsibilities
- Educate customers on HVAC system operations and share practical advice for maintenance and energy efficiency.
- Maximize first-time repair success by diagnosing problems accurately and arriving with the correct tools and parts.
- Address service requests promptly within established timeframes to maintain customer satisfaction and reliability.
- Identify and resolve issues in HVAC equipment, then present effective repair options to customers.
- Recognize and suggest additional services, products, or maintenance plans during customer visits.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on home HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory in service vehicles to prevent stock discrepancies and control costs.
- Follow all safety procedures rigorously to maintain a zero-incident safety record.
- Record service details, including work completed and parts used, accurately in the Service Titan system.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing expertise and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Present a professional image and communicate courteously with customers at all times.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled service appointments.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
