Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- Complete installations efficiently within established timeframes, minimizing callbacks and rework
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on every install, aiming for first-time installation success
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process, addressing questions or concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and represent the company professionally at all times
- Lead and support the Install Apprentice, providing hands-on guidance and coaching during installations
- Monitor apprentice progress and provide feedback to support skill development and growth
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Accurately document installation details, equipment installed, and any modifications in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, on-time project completion
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, arriving on time to job sites and scheduled appointments
- Participate in training and continuing education to stay current on equipment, installation techniques, and best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support installation and team operation
