Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently install HVAC systems
- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and customer service
- Maintain customer satisfaction through post-service surveys and feedback
- Ensure high installation quality via post-installation inspections
- Complete installations within established timeframes
- Achieve first-time installation success to minimize callbacks
- Update technical skills and stay current with industry best practices
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a perfect safety record
- Mentor and guide an Install Apprentice
- Communicate professionally with customers during installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation details in company systems (e.g., Service Titan)
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
- Participate in performance reviews and self-assessments
- Pursue additional certifications and training
- Monitor and track progress of Install Apprentice
- Arrive punctually at installation sites and appointments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation
- Strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems
- Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to mentor and guide an apprentice
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
