Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment following manufacturer guidelines.
- Create, assemble, and install ductwork and associated fittings as needed.
- Receive, inspect, and load all necessary tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for each project.
- Keep assigned company vehicle clean and organized.
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform all duties efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned or as job demands require.
- Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on operational needs.
- Present oneself professionally, demonstrating integrity, respect, fairness, and discretion.
- Meet physical demands including lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, bending, reaching, and traveling to various locations.
