Responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by contributing to post-service feedback and survey results
- Deliver reliable installation quality as measured by post-installation evaluations and client input
- Complete HVAC system setups within designated timeframes, meeting or surpassing productivity benchmarks
- Meet the first-time success rate for installations as defined by management
- Regularly improve technical knowledge and stay current with installation methods, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards
- Follow all safety procedures precisely to maintain an incident-free work history
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during service calls
- Present a neat, professional appearance and conduct while on the job
- Record accurate installation details, equipment information, and system changes in company software like Service Titan
- Collaborate effectively with the Install Apprentice and other team members to support a constructive work culture
- Engage in performance evaluations and self-assessments to support growth and goal setting
- Seek out and complete additional certifications to broaden capabilities with different HVAC brands
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all job site visits and appointments
- Carry out any other assigned tasks as needed
